- I am persuing a PhD in Bioinformatics and a Master in Statistics at Northwestern University starting from 2015. My PhD advisor is Minoli Perera.
- My research focuses on developing computional methods to improve eQTL mapping for admixed popualtions, identifying population-specific genetic regulators of gene expression, and characterizing expression profile and genetic regulation under drug treatments. See details in Projects.
